We strive for awesome customer service to our clients, when we know there is a problem. Never feel afraid to express a concern while your detail-er is onsite. We always make a point to go over the product with you before we leave as that is the final approval point of the work. if there is ever a problem with at detail-er let us know ASAP so we can remedy the situation. NOTE. We require water and power connection to be able to service your car at your home. sometimes a car can be worse than what we were told so your appointment time is an approximate time of arrival. This is due to the fact that we want to leave your car as close to new as we can and do take the extra time if needed. just as it is done with the customer before you the same care will go into your car as well. we pride ourselves on being involved with our community, OUR MOTTO IS THE COMMUNITY BUILDS OUR BUSINESS, ITS ONLY RIGHT OUR BUSINESS HELPS BUILD OUR COMMUNITY. thank you THOMAS TOMMYGUNN
