From time to time, we still need to meet a client for demo. For these kinda meetings (2-3 people) we’re looking into booking a hotel room whose room setting can fit a small group. Maybe there are 2-3 chairs or a couch. Is anyone aware of such a hotel? We looked into renting office space by the day, but a hotel room is much more economical for the whole day. Any advice would be appreciated!

Sadly travel to that area isn't possible for our guests. I love the industrial look, but I don't want somewhere everyone has been before. I've only ever used it for video shoots, but they have a lot of spaces that are specifically marketed for birthday parties.

Can anyone recommend an industrial-looking, or restaurant looking kitchen space available for rent? Can you also recommend what is needed for insurance and what permits I need?
SREStudios replied:I assume you've already tried peerspace.com, lafilmlocations.com, splacer.co, filmla.com, etc.? Most locations will work with you in my experience. Unless they are always booked solid they want the business. Have you tried negotiating a day rate with the hourly locations you found? The locations will be able to tell you what insurance coverages they need beyond the normal, if any. Permits depend on what city you’re actually shooting in.
