You'll find Hill Country charm within the Austin city limits at Graceland Oaks Event Center. The venue is pleasantly shaded by the sheltering branches of the trees it was named for.
A perfect setting for weddings, gatherings, family reunions, company parties and more. Meticulously landscaped with bright pops of color, the grounds offer a charming ceremony space beneath a pergola, a fountain surrounded by greenery, a spacious stage and covered dance floor, a spacious bar, and plenty of room for mingling.
A dressing area and prep kitchen are included with the facility rental. You can opt for catering by the infamous Stubb's Bar-B-Q or select the vendors of your choice.

My company (Bosch) is having our annual sales kickoff meeting in Austin this year in February. We're looking to do a volunteer evening, but are having some trouble finding a venue. We have about 250 people, and would like to do this on Feb 10th from 6:30-8:30pm. We have found lots of places that need help, but can't find one that can take a group this large.
