  Potentially lame post..but can anyone recommend a tenant rep for retail real estate in Austin? I'm looking to open up my own small business and need a retail space in a good location in Austin. I've tried reaching out to a few different realtors/real estate agencies that manage properties I like but can't get anyone to return my calls. I need someone to help me locate commercial properties that fit what I'm looking for and help with negotiating a lease. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
