About us

I am a home baker, self taught in cake decorating, and also work in a local secondary school kitchen where I have trained and gained my up to date certificates in: Know Your Allergens, Hazardous Substances, Health and Wellbeing, Working Safely and Working Safely With Food. My home is smoke free and pet free. If you require a list of ingredients used in my cakes for allergen awareness, please do not hesitate to ask and I will be more than happy to send you details prior to order, and give you a print out with your ordered cake.
