  I like Dr. Caroline Joe at Martinsburg Pediatrics on Healthcare Lane. She listens well, explains things well, and accepts that parents make the decisions. There's also a nurse practitioner in the practice that we've seen twice and really liked. They're open 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday, so great hours! Phone number is 304-264-9121.
