  Inspector needed FREE - Cape Town, South Africa Good Day All Hoping someone could help me please I would like to report a case of neglect of 2 little dogs, the SPCA hasnt been much help as I've tried on a few occasions to try and get an inspector out. These dogs have to be removed or they will die of dehydration or hunger. They in pretty bad shape and the owners seem to be neverminded as they cant even support themselves. It breaks my heart looking at them everyday, try and throw some food over the wall for them but they just end up fighting

  Contact SPCA wildlife division (083-3261604) Megan they were fabulous helping the last time this happened- they arranged for the little body to be removed. Also Shine away- 082-5632712 that is the numbers i have hope it helps.
