Our Restaurant offers a traditional "California Style" Mexican Cuisine. All our food, sauces, and salsas are made FRESH daily. We NEVER use animal fat or "Lard" to short-cut the flavor of our foods. "Time" and "Seasonings" are what make our "Black Beans", "Smashed Pinto Beans", and "Sauces" so flavorful. The lack of any animal-by-products makes them very desirable to our vegetarian and vegan customers who can substitute either in lieu of the meat in most entrees.
We use 100% all white meat "Chicken" and 100% "Certified Angus" Beef. We roast all our beef and pork in house and shred it ourselves to ensure the best quality. When frying we use only 100% pure "Canola Oil".
Unlike many restaurants, we prepare our food FRESH-TO-ORDER, never PRE-MEASURED, PRE-CUT, or PRE-DONE from frozen. ...THIS TAKES A BIT LONGER, BUT THE WAIT IS WORTH IT...! We promise fresh, delicious, flavorful food made healthily in house daily, in a relaxing and inviting dining atmosphere.
