  Hi Everyone!! Im have a dilemma, does anyone know a fellow named Gerado Vizcaino ?? A wind surfer who comes to Maui seasonally from Argentina ?? We bought his VW Golf last October, he never signed the title so I cant get it registered or safety check and the tickets are piling up!! ( I work in Wailuku :/ ) I need a notarized letter from him saying he sold me the car, my other option...is to get it appraised and give the dmv the appraisal amount plus a 300 dollar deposit, they will hold the money for two years time, then give it back assuming I didn't steal the car. ( so basically paying for the car twice... ) Please help!! If you know him, reach out to me !! Other than that does anyone know where I can get a car appraised and receive appraisal paper work for the DMV :/
