We carry a range of customized and imported products that would make your event an unforgettable affair.
Our ordering process is as follows: We do not have a retail outlet and we process everything online.
Please let us know the date and time of your event. Please select the items that you would like to rent for that day. Codes of the item and the prices are provided on each picture under the different album categories. Quantities of each available item, is also listed on the individual pictures with their respective sizes. If you agree we will send you the rental order form with all the details. We will need your home address and contact number to put on the order form.
We require, to see your ID and will be taking a deposit which will depend on the items that you are renting. Security deposit is typically close to 5 times the total cost of the rental items. Rentals are for 24 hours from the time you collect.
Terms & Conditions: A full day rental charge will be added to the invoice for late returns after the 24 hours rental period. Replacement costs will be required for any damaged items, which may be more than the deposit given and will be upon the discretion of The Party Affair. Please ensure that the rental items including the furniture are cleaned and returned in the original packaging to avoid additional charges. Glassware and other items are rented out for a 24 hours period. Furniture is rented out for the day, for the duration of the event. The transport charges for the furniture and all other items are to and from the loading area/ front entrance of the venue only. It is the responsibility of the client to get the furniture moved and set up at the venue. Similarly it is the responsibility of the client to have all the furniture cleaned up and brought to the loading area prior to the pick up time. Deposit can be collected once the items have been returned. In the event if the items returned, are damaged and/or missing then the deposit will be returned once the replacement cost has been assessed and deducted. We reserve the right to replace items you have requested, with similar items, if the items you have reserved are no longer available due to unforeseeable circumstances. The payment should be made in full upon reservation to confirm the order.
