  Kerri H. wrote: i booked in for a colour correction to remove brass tones from my cool blonde in my money piece and to be taken blonde all over, i was not given a very good consultation .i was offered a full head of packed high lights,and yo ovrlap on any brass tones at the front. i was happy with this decision and she did a very good job applying the foils, how ever when toning my hair she applied to my natural root which lifted to a brass colour (hot root) i also experiancing being left with wet hair in a cold salon for a long time and when i was at the basin having my hair washed a little dog jumped on me and stuck its tongue in my mouth, which then came to my attention its always in the salon and is a usual occourance (something i wasnt overly comfortable with) nothing was mnentioned about the brass tones added and i never was shown the back with a mirror just a photo that she took of the back after getting me to tilt my head so it didnt show the brass tones which i originally wanted removing from the front, instead they were added to the back. i paid £120 for this i had to also re do the cut myself at home. poor customer service im really unsatisfied with my hair
