About us

My name is Carmen Lashney and I am Påtisserie Petunia. I have been decorating cakes for about three years, "professionally" since August, 2013. I specialize in decorated cookies, buttercream cakes and cupcakes. Everyday I am learning something new and am so grateful for the support that I receive from my family, friends and clientele.
