Hello! Thank you so much for visiting! This site is currently in the works, but thought I'd introduce myself so when you return you don't have to waste your time again!
My passion for photography started about 5 years ago with the ever so hated camera phone. BUT, my love for the outdoors and THAT phone, is where the love affair started. Most of the photos you see in the landscape gallery are with my phone.
I recently took this relationship to the next level with a real camera and I'm quickly discovering the control of shooting manual is rewarding.
The decision to start going forward with my hobby became clear when every morning while stuck in traffic I would see the sunrise in my rear view mirror. I had this achy feeling that I wish I were beyond the hills, finding places to catch the light in the trees or peaceful places where the tall grass sways. Granted, anywhere other than traffic on the way to work is good, this nauseating feeling was like passion's gravitational pull. That feeling is the same feeling I get with my 2 children; the loves of my life.
So here I am! Though I love landscapes, I'm broadening my focus on people as well.
