  After our indoor water damage in 2011 we used a general contractor who managed all of the repairs including our walls, floors, ceilings, paint, etc. In my opinion our place was repaired better than new. His estimates were about in the middle of the companies that we had come out and in the end he came in on budget with no pricing problems from our insurance company. I'd use him again.
