  Hi people, I've been facing a problem with my company registration. We own a website with great engagement and are students. So, we now wanted to incorporate a company but don't have business address since we operate from home. My landlord doesn't permit home address to be used.   Hi Anuja Wadia the charges depends upon the state of registration. However, for pvt ltd company registration in Delhi with authorised share capital of Rs 1 lac, and 3Directors with application of commencement of business (most of the firms don't provide this and charges extra), the complete registration fee(including govt fee) would be approx Rs 16000/- However, if you get LLP registered the same may be some within Rs 10,000/- You can visit www.munim.in or mail at contact@munim.in
