Hi, can anyone advise if the pubs in Arran are doggie friendly? Thanks!

Hi there, I did have a look, but didn't see anything, so I thought I'd ask. We are staying at the https://www.facebook.com/106045099418865 Auchrannie Resort so they definitely allow dogs to stay, but I'll find out which pubs are dog friendly and report back then :)

Hi Melissa, thanks very much but I'm back now :( The https://www.facebook.com/106045099418865 Auchrannie Resort was very good, had a special entrance for Very Important Pooches with clean towels for them :) The Waterside dining room in Brambles restaurant on site allowed the dog in while we had our dinner, and gave her a bowl of water :) The Old Pier Cafe in Lamlash didn't allow dogs, but the Glenisle Hotel in Lamlash had an outside seating area with a water bowl and since it was sunny, we were able to have our lunch there. Hope the friendly ones can be added to the site :) xxx
