  My father-in-law is a contractor and painter and has done countless jobs for us over the years - first at our condo in CT and also since moving into Millbrook 6 months ago (painted the bedrooms, custom built shelving for the entryway from the garage, r efinished and painted our deck). He charges hourly and is at our place several times a week visiting the grandkids so could easily stop by to give a consultation and quote.
