He needs an air conditioned venue with outstanding food and ambience. No open air places please! So do not suggest do darya or any venues that don't meet the requirements mentioned. No maximum budget. I suggested Kababjees so that's one option and thinking of Tavern Grill if they can accommodate that large a gathering at one given time? So what's the best you guys can suggest?
