I work in real estate so I am an "independent contractor" and thus have a lot of expenses and items that qualify as deductions. Is anyone on here a real estate agent and have a CPA you like and trust? I'm looking for someone who is knowledgeable about what I can and can't deduct and can help me maximize my deductions.
