  Hi Karla! We would be happy to look at it for you. If the stone is loose, the setting needs to be adjusted. We do all of our repairs on site, my dad (Mark) is a master gem setter and can tell you what needs to be done! :) We are located at 117 Bank St. between Albert and Slater.
