  Just some words of encouragement - no one is too fat for the gym. I work out at https://www.facebook.com/917240485000632 The Fitness Lab and everyone there is very friendly. They even have personal trainers like Zac Harris who are phenomenal and will push everyone to their limits. Just a thought. Stay focused and determined.
