Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent in town who won't act like the property we are selling is beneath him or her?
I need someone who can understand that we are a young couple with four kids, one of them is special needs, so I have to stay at home right now. So it isn't possible for us to fix every little thing she thinks is wrong with the home, time or money wise. I feel like we have made a lot of improvements already, especially anything major that was wrong with it, and would like to keep any more costs down. And we have dropped the price $10,000 below the competition to make up for this fact. We are very motivated sellers and will sell the home for a reasonable drop in price. Yes it is a starter home, and yes it does need a few improvements, but I don't like the vibe I am getting that she is looking down on us. May just be the way she comes across, but it just doesn't make me feel right. So if anyone can recommend someone who can understand all of this but still work for us anyway, I would greatly appreciate it.
