About us
We are a small family run business which prides ourselves on great service with a friendly and family orientated atmosphere. we 5 en suite rooms ranging from doubles and twins, every room includes free wifi, tea and coffee facilities and tv. the pemberton arms is a country side public/ guest house within a quiet community where lunch and evening meals are available and are all home cooked which are served daily and we also provide a full carvery sevice on a sunday lunch. the public house facitilies include games area with pool table, dart board and xboxes and play area for the children and a large free car park. We have entertainment on every weekend.
We are situated next to seaham which has a fantastic harbour and an amazing coastline with easy access to the A19 north bound and south bound and 20 minutes to the A1. We are a 5 minute walk to dalton park shopping mall, and a 5 minute car journey to seaham train station which makes travelling easy to places such as sunderland, newcastle, gateshead metro centre and midlesborough which have great shopping facilities or durham city which has a great historical background . local attractions in the area vary with such things as Tommy ( war memorial ) in Seaham to angel of the north in Gateshead. All bookings are catered for from contractors working in the local area to families visiting relatives ( long or sort term stays). A great location to visit and to work the great north east.
