Recommendation for emergency vet for cat? Looking for best quality of care and expertise. 18 yr old cat having seizures and under care of Catisfaction in Madison. Very happy with them, but want to have a plan in place for after hours if needed. I'm at east limestone so hsv and Decatur are both within reach.
Thank you for your help.

I took my cat to the animal emergency clinic on Memorial Parkway a couple of years ago when my cat got very sick late in the evening. They are open at night from 6 until 8 in the morning http://aecnal.com/
Local vet recommendations for a ferret? I've been calling around all morning trying to find a vet that sees ferrets. Even Whitesburg Animal Hospital, whose page says they have a doctor who specializes in ferrets, turned me down when I called to see if she was in today and told me they don't take ferrets at all.
Any local ferret owners have any suggetions on where you take your critter (or bad experiences / where not to?)

You might try Huntsville's after-hour animal hospital: [Animal Emergency Clinic of North Alabama](http://aecnal.com/) 2112 Memorial Parkway SW, Huntsville, AL 35801 (256) 533-7600
