  Hello everyone, I need some advice! My wife and I are moving to the Prescott area in a month and a half and are looking for a home to rent, hopefully less than $800/month with air conditioning. We are looking for a really small home (not apartment or duplex, but can be mobile) something 1-2br with 1bath and a decent sized yard around the Prescott area, within a 40 minute drive or so from town in any direction. I am having a really hard time finding anything, can anyone point me to where I should be looking? We are flying down to secure a rental in 10 days and I would like to have some properties lined up to look at. Thanks!
