Bay Tree Bakes is situated in my home and i bake all my cakes to order ensuring the best possible freshness. I have received the top score of 5 for food hygiene by the food standard agency for my kitchen.
I use only British Lion stamped free range eggs and the most finest ingredients. All my cakes are tailored to my customers requirements and when requested i can bake gluten free, dairy free, egg free, lactose free and organic cakes to suit individuals dietary needs.
All my designs are bespoke and i aim to capture what my customers are wanting through pictures and discussions. All of my cakes are made with much love and attention to detail as im much of a perfectionist and aim to please!
