Vickie S. asked:Can anyone recommend a local vet I can take my dog to? She is an elderly English Mastiff. She has a lump on her leg and it looks like it is painful for her to bear wieght on the leg. I called Dr. Clark's office in Milford and they are booked til next week. The receptionist recommended that I take her to an emergency vet. I just went thru that with my puppy months ago. Thousands of dollars later and Care Credit. (I'm still making payments on). I was hoping to have her seen at a vet clinic that could squeeze me in and is compassionate to the animals and their owners (especially financially). If your looking for one on one time to accompany boarding check out http://www.unionlakepets.com/ you'll have to pay more to get her playing in the yard for one on one time but they're really good. Both places are. Good luck.
