  As Jeremy said, we always fly our crawfish in from NOLA on Southwest Cargo - that's important b/c they have a cooler at the airport which keeps them good overnight. In the past the chapter has frequently used http://www.crawfishcoofcentralflainc.com/ which ships out of NOLA, but we've used Louisiana Crawfish too. We decided to try the Geaux Creole folks last year in part because they reached out to us as LSU alumni - and EVERYONE has liked their seasoning. We had more unsolicited compliments on the crawfish last year than ever. Highly recommended.
