  My mum needs a new fence down 1 side of her garden. It is about 6 panels. Recommendations please. Pricing it at Chiltern Timber for close board panels with concrete posts and gravel boards, it comes out at retail around £400 inc vat for materials. Trade prices will be less of course. Old fence needs taking out but is rotten and falling over so will not be hard and we will get rid of it. 2 people quoted so far, both have said it will take 1 day. Quotes are £900 and £1054 Does anyone know of someone who can do this properly but won't charge £500 - £650 + for a days labour? She is happy to pay for labour but I'm not happy for her to be ripped off. Thanks.
