  Looking for someone to make something similar to this with a smash cake at a reasonable price for a 1st birthday on April 2nd. I prefer the cake itself to be regular icing, no fondant but the decorations can be made out of fondant. Location is East China (Marine City) so I would need someone close unless you can bring to me.
