  What I had believed a little condensation off the toilet tank from the daughters HOT showers looks more like a leaking toilet now. I have no clue what is under the linoleum but pressing on a small area, it does give. I suppose I need someone to repair the sub flooring. But who? I had not had extra funds to do much for my home, but now I have and I must. Anyone else have this done? What kind of cost am I looking at. I dread this because I have ONE bathroom.

  Let me expand on my earlier post requesting help in locating someone who is willing to scape the popcorn off our ceilings. The house was built in 1979 after asbestos was stopped being used. The home is 2500 sq feet and we need someone to scrape the ceilings and then texture and paint the ceilings and walls. Does anyone have a recommendation of a company in the area that does this kind of work? Any recommendations would be great.

  My mom is finally moving in with us. We have an unfinished bottom area in our house that she will be living in and need recommendations on a great contractor who can do a complete interior (and some exterior with a staircase and new garage). This includes wiring, lighting, flooring, walls, bathroom and kitchen install, etc. We have a great contractor right now who can do it and gave us a bid, but my mom would like at least 3 bids to compare.
