Yoga Pulse is now open in the East Valley! We are a yoga studio run and managed by Yoga Teachers! We offer daily heated and unheated yoga classes-- anything from sequenced flows, gentle yoga, yin, chair yoga, vinyasa flow, donations based community classes, aerial yoga, and much more! Down the line, we will incorporate prenatal classes and child care service. Our studio has a dedicated Green Drink Smoothie bar with various Teas, and a boutique of yoga apparel.
Don't miss out on our boutique! We currently carry Onzie, Noli Yoga, Buddha Pants, Cocoa Roc, EverFitte Apparel, Alla Vita Yoga, and Open Heart Warrior.
We truly believe yoga is for EVERY BODY! Our studio ensures that all levels are not only welcomed but cared for and empowered. Yoga Pulse is completely inclusive. Our goal is to create a warm and inviting environment in which your daily yoga practice needs are met-- all while providing various class styles for you to explore! Some of these breakout classes include aerial hammock yoga. We have many workshops planned and are excited about our monthly philanthropies! July: We are working with the Phx Heat Relief Network to collect cases of bottled water to benefit those without water in AZ, and help stop heat related illness &/or death. The philanthropy is taking place studio-wide- bring in a case and we'll enter you into a drawing! Our Community classes for the month of July are directed towards our work with the Phx Heat Relief Network. Our teachers are not paid for teaching an all level yoga class of their choosing-- each teacher dedicates their time to share the practice of yoga with our community. 100% of donations go back into the community! These Sunday classes are FREE. If you'd... show more like to donate money, we humbly ask for a $5.00 donation. For July, in lieu of cash-- we kindly ask for a case of water.
