  My friend recently recommended http://www.dwellableservices.net. she has used them at multiple apartments and most recently when bringing home her baby in January. They specifically state that they use pet and child safe environmentally-conscious materials to clean. I have not personally used them, but I trust my friend's judgement. Plus, they have cats, so are conscious of pet-safe products.
