  I could get up here and say pick me, I am a Realtor but I would like to suggest calling Kip Masters with Movement Mortgage first. His number is 757-876-5681. He is really easy to talk to and will guide you in the right direction and from there I would pick a Realtor. I am always available to help on any side of the water but I recommend you seeing if you can get pre approved and then interviewing a couple Realtors to see who you communicate with best.
