  You can find Peruvian restaurant. LOMO here, very good and the chefs may be able to help adapt a menu. They are Peruvian and the food is outstanding. But there are no other decent Latin American restaurants here, La Casa Latina is ok. You could try to search for Venezuelan expat groups and seek someone that way for advice - authentic home cooking. Otherwise, Google Venezuelan food and you can find all sorts of recipes, tutorials, etc. on Pinterest and cooking sites, then seek a catering company/chefs to reproduce your recipe choices, or round up your own group of friends to home cook for the wedding...if you like cooking. It would be a very emdearimg gift to personally prepare the cuisine, as it is absolutely unexpected. They'll surely love it!
