Martha S. asked:I need a new commercial real estate agent/broker to represent me in negotiation for the progressive community Ctr space I am looking to lease in Clairemont (San Diego). The person who offered to do it pro bono has decided this is too complicated for him -- he no longer does commercial real estate for a living. I am OK with the realtor/broker representing me getting his/her share of the commission on the lease.
