  Anthony R. wrote: Could not get through to their office for over an hour which seems to be the norm with this company, and when I finally did the woman who answers the phone was very short with me, rude and condescending. Very unprofessional and showed little to no concern with getting a tech out to service our air unit on a 90 degree day when they were notified first thing in the morning. I have been a customer for a couple of years and since being treated as a valued customer or my comfort isn't of concern to Hinkle's then I am taking my business elsewhere.
