Does anyone have any advice about getting Legal advise regarding problems I am having with a shared ownership property purchased last year?
Since moving in September, there has been serious problems with the front door and also with the window in the bathroom. Despite repeated calls by myself to the property builders and the housing association that that sold the property, there has been no action to help solve the problems experienced.
Recently, we found that the door was not fit for purpose as it is not draught proof.
Today (See Picture), we have also discovered a crack within the tiles above the Bathroom window. This can only be because persistent calls to both the builders and house sellers has fell on deaf ears.
Any advice would help. If there is someone who knows anyone within the legal field who deals with issues like this, kindly let me know. Thank you.
