Quick question! We need to turn our bbq gas line outside at the elbow joint(shown in the picture) so we have it facing straight up to complete our deck. Does anyone know who we can call for this? We are kind of at a stand still until we can get it moved. Do we need to call the gas company or is it ok for anyone to move it? If so suggestions on who to call please! TIA!

Any plumbers in here? Scenario posted below... The shower wasn't draining the other night so I started plunging it and a bunch of hair came up. So I pulled it all out. Then I poured draino down the drain and let it sit for an hour and then poured boiling hot water down the drain. Then it was fine for last night and today and now tonight it's backing up in the tub and the toilet won't drain. When we try to plunge the bath tub air bubbles come in the toilet and when we turn the water on in the kitchen air bubbles come in the toilet. But we can use the bathroom downstairs no issues. Does this sound like a "your septic needs to be pumped" issue or "there is a clog in your pipes" issue? Thanks!

It sounds like what ever you had in the drain has migrated into the drain for the tub and toilet. They are all connected eventually. I have water dripping (fairly constantly) at the joint where the water intake line meets the dishwasher itself. (I have included a photo). Well first off the grey pipe you have the there is called poly b and has been recalled and delisted from the Ontario building code over 20 years ago because it becomes loose at the joints and blows apart. That white fitting is not part of the appliance... the pipe and the fitting are considered plumbing... the pipe especially must be replaced as it is no longer even listed in the Ontario building code as an approved pipe system. Listen.... if they want to call someone else that's fine... I'm just saying that if they don't have a licenced person do the repair or install acording to the Ontario building code and something goes wrong they have no recourse and there insurance many not cover the claim if there is damage...
