Hi there, I'm Sarah!
I'm a qualified pastry chef who studied at the South African Academy of Culinary Arts, where I developed a passion for baking and cake decorating. I've been an artist from the moment I could pick up a pencil, and now my goal is to make my art edible.
I have work experience at The Beach Hotel and The Boardwalk Hotel, but always I felt myself being drawn back to the bakery environment, and that's where I happily reside today.
My goal is to make your cake dreams come to life, and i'm always willing to try something new, so never be afraid to be imaginative with your designs and flavour combinations!
