  He works at st francis dr. Lynn frame obgyn I moved from cali 4 yrs ago and was pregnant I had the same obgyn with all my kids upon arriving here and starting my care here I was sent to ou schushtermans center. I didnt like the exeperience bc it was alot of student docs and different doc every visit and delivery day I had someone I never met deliver me. Im not saying that there staff or care wasnt good I just like the feel of having a obgyn that you see every time and delivers there own babies so dr frame I highly recommend. Its utica womans specialists he's also rated online under healthgrades but here is his offices number and addy good luck but I know u would definitely get great care w him and his nurse is so awesome too. 918 749-1413, 1705 E 19 th st #707
