  Hi all! I am at Beaver Hill! Gas leak on floor above me last night with fumes coming into my kitchen so I left balcony door open all night per instructions ! Heat in apt is 60 and we are short handed with the maintenance people who can get my heater started( heat not going on) If they can not fix it later today I was told ( after my saying My new knee can not handle 60 degrees) that I can get an outside heating person and they will pay the bill ! Recommendations for someone who will make emergency call later today if needed! Thank you! Not big job for some one who knows what they are doing!
