The Lexus dealership called for months stating that the car was not at the dealership. Concerned I called Chris and he stated that "he would handle it". He said that he had given the car & keys to Hector. Hector I was told by Lexus management is a porter and should not handle returns. Time passes and Lexus calls me everyday asking the whereabouts of the returned Lexus. . Chris is now completely out of contact with me not a text, call, or email! My car is found months later with no keys & to add insult to injury dented & four months later, I get a bill for over $3000. Chris YOU DID NOT HANDLE IT!! SHAME ON YOU for not following up with your paying client after you said you would handle it!
