Joel's daughter Emily joined the agency as an associate in 2006 and became the owner and primary agent in March of 2013. Emily is dedicated to continuing the personal and exceptional service that has always been a foundation of their agency. Emily is also dedicated to growing the agency and investing in the community that has supported her family for so many generations. She is also making the exciting changes necessary to allow their members to connect on all levels, in office, 24/7 billing and claims support and through many online outlets. In April of 2013, Emily's brother-in-law Nate VanBuskirk joined the family business.
