The amount of trimming is the biggest factor. As far as we are concerned, the first step is to wash all walls and ceiling with TSP first because there are many invisible reasons paint might not adhere properly , frying, lots of cooking, steam, etc..... Then a coat of primer, then two coats of kitchen/bathroom rated paint. Do you want the mouldings painted also? Call me tomorrow at 514-830-9293. We are licensed, insured and bonded.
