About us

My mum first taught me how to bake and then how to decorate cakes. When I realised how much I enjoyed baking I thought I would try it for friends and family. This has developed into Only A Sponge, custom cake designs for cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and biscuits. I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and Only A Sponge is fully registered and insured.
