Voltage: WARNING:Your health is about to get a jump start from high Voltage fitness! You'll be buzzing about this class that combines strength and resistance training to leave you inspired and totally wired! If you’re ready to push your limits, go beyond ordinary, be bold and get results, come transform yourself at Voltage: mind, body and spirit! Expect a fun, motivational and effective workout! This is the push you need to get into the best shape of your life! (Bring a mat and you can use your own weights or use those provided at class)

KnockOut: Calling all TKO’S! Get ready to throw down! Arete's hot & sweaty kick boxing class. You’ll get 30 min of sweat-drenching punching, kicking and squat thrusting in the first half of class. Follow that by 30 minutes of body sculpting, fat torching moves that will target specific muscle groups and end with an ab blaster. Heart-pumping cardio AND toning for all those trouble spots.(Bring a mat)

Zumba: Lose yourself in the music, find yourself in shape! Zumba® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive! Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. Use the step or challenge yourself by using risers to “step up” your game! This class will focus on uplifting cardio highs and toning those legs and booty! But don’t worry, we are using our creative skills to make sure you leave with a total body workout!

Vibe- Nothing but "good vibrations" in this all round low-impact workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. We have combined cardio, strength and core all in one class to achieve a whole body workout that uses air balls and body weight to boost your endurance .Whatever your fitness level you will burn calories, build your heart and muscle strength, improve your energy levels, flexibility,range of movement, posture, balance and overall health. With a wide range of workout intensity you will leave fizzing with energy with all those added "feel good" benefits!

Exhale: (Bring a Mat) Fusion at it's finest! Pilates, yoga and Barre combo up for the ultimate toning experience that force your muscles to work and sculpt! Morning Trainings:

FUEL-Ready to transform your body? Fuel takes it to your torso! It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt while strengthening and sculpting your entire core! This effectively short class combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group class to tighten and tone your midsection!

Rise and Grind- Get in, get out, get fit! This group training we will work all your major muscles in just 45 minutes! We will use weights, exercise balls and other training material to get you lean, strong muscles! show more
