About us
Hello, I am Neil Boyes, and my company’s name is Above and Beyond Home Inspections. My goal is to provide you with the highest quality of service possible. My inspection reports are printed or emailed on site, using the most up to date, understandable and comprehensive Palm Tech System containing integrated digital photos for clarification. I also offer thermal imaging for residential energy efficiency; this is done in conjunction with an EXTECH moisture meter.
Being a home owner in Prince George and Comox BC, as well as a general contractor throughout the years, helped me to attain high marks in achieving my home inspector’s license through CAPHI BC. I fulfilled my practical training with Mr. Rick Neveaux RHI in Courtenay at Action home inspections. Rick mentored me in all aspects of home inspections and client care, confidentiality issues, agent expectations as well as other party involved. Our companies exchange ideas and brainstorm, welcoming competition, cooperation and feedback, thereby helping to ensure the highest standards and the best overall service.
