All items are made with high quality vinyl. It is recommended that any product you buy is to be hand washed to protect the vinyl and ensure it lasts. Also, it is recommended you clean and surface prior to applying any decals you receive.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items are made to order, to your specifications in terms of size, colour, personalization, etc. Due to this high level of customizations with every single order, all sales are final. Items are not returnable or refundable. If there is an issue with your item, notification must be made WITHIN 72 HOURS of receipt of the order. If there is a mistake on my part, the item will be replaces or a refund will be issued. If an item is defective and broken, I will request verification of the defect via return or a photo.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to request changes to your order, you must do so within 48 HOURS of purchase. If the item has already gone into production, no changes can be made to the order.
