  Does anyone have any recommendations for builders in the local area? Ideally they need to have a proven track record of extensions, hard landscaping, kitchens and bathrooms and decorating. Must be Part P certified for electric works. Must also be insured, reliable and trustworthy. Also, does anyone have experience of Robert Dean builders, Cannon Construction or Marc Foley? Thanks!
